MORE TIPS:
Pictures
Shows a few featured pictures that represent your brand, this is listed at the top of your profile. Make it stand out and match your brand.
Business Name
Keep your name in its most simple form, miss the abbreviations and unnecessary add ons. Google will compare the name listed on your GBP to other online locations with your name, keep it consistent.
Reviews
This section will hold all your reviews from customers, there’s not much customisation here. Ensure you give customers the best service possible, as the last thing you’ll want is for people to leave bad reviews on your profile.
CTA Button
Google gives you the option of using some Call-To-Action buttons to get your clients interacting with you. You can send them to your website, socials or landing page
Business Description
Describe your business in 750 words or less, what do you do? How do you differ from the competition? Important to not add unnecessary CTA’s in here. Keep it clean and inviting for any potential clients.
Customisable Attributes
You have the option of listing any key differences in your business such as being veteran owned, women led or recently opened.
There’s no point having Google Business Profile set up if the information listed is inaccurate or out of date.
